US preparing a 'world' for cyber war games
from inewp.com: With the help of several organizations including Lockheed Martin Corporation, the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency and nearly 500 million U.S. dollars, the United States government is currently constructing a virtual platform in which the government can simulate cyber wars and its own offensive capabilities in the cyber world without touching the actual Internet. The progress of the project, called the National Cyber Range, will be mainly overseen by the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency (DARPA) of the United States Department of Defense which had a hand in the creation of the Internet. True to its mission statement, DARPA intends to “prevent technological surprise to the U.S., but also to create technological surprise for its enemies” with the construction of the National Cyber Range. The Pentagon has put forth proposals to label cyber-attacks on the government to be acts of war. In recent years, cyber scares such as Stuxnet, Agent.Btz, Anonymous and the hack into the International Monetary Fund has prompted the Obama administration to reconsider policies regarding cyber space. A Cyber Pilot system is also being developed to classify and monitor cyber threats ranging from “destructive” to “government cyberwarfare”.

get ready for digital false flag attacks
Is the new Cybercommand policy to open the public's eyes? Or, is the only open eye at the top of the pyramid? Are you beginning to feel like an abused b-slapped spouse? You should! Rob Kall at OEN writes definitive article, "Get Ready for Digital False Flag Attacks," about Pentagon's move to codify cyberwar with "equivalence" policy. "If a cyber attack produces the death, damage, destruction or high-level disruption that a traditional military attack would cause, then it would be a candidate for a "use of force" consideration, which could merit retaliation." It's simply an eye for an eye. The United States will be allowed by policy to retaliate with military force if a Stuxnet-like virus turned off, say, nuclear plant vents and caused a F**USHIMA here!.Do you believe hundreds of Cybercommand desktop warriors make you safer? An imagination can run wild. An old GE nuclear plant suffers a core meltdown due to stuck or damaged valves which fail to vent as a result of destructive commands from a Stuxnet virus! You wonder if older plants are more vulnerable and reason Germany closed their oldest reactors? Within a day if not hours, the enemy gets identified as Pakistan and yet another military operation organized to get the evil-doers! It's just one possible scenario but the potential is there for another public sacrifice on the path to another war! Does it sound familiar?
The thin cover provided by lame politically-inspired false flag events are the b-slap across your face as the perps hiss, "what ya' gonna do 'bout it?" What are we going to do about it?

fukushima: distant radioactive threat or harbinger of future?
Wasserman also makes a pointed and persuasive, yet widely ignored, observation that "... the Obama Administration has ended radiation monitoring of seafood in the Pacific. It does not provide reliable, systematic radiological or medical data on fallout coming to the United States." But just last week Texas politicians hid the amount of radioactivity in drinking water to avoid the requirement of advising the public about elevated health risks. Everyone should be asking: Why? A critical point that should persuade, or at least bring into question, whether the public's well-being remains part of government's mission?
The present writer believes the state's intent goes beyond neglect! A deep sense of betrayal should be a settled issue in everyone's mind! Americans should not ignore recent unexpected shutdowns of reactors at US nuclear plants!

fukushima haarp nuclear attack by cia, doe & bp
A murky international war crimes network seeks by means of depop agendas the goal of land and resource grabs. Moret also believes most natural disasters of past decade are "HAARP events". A list of triggered events include: 9/11 New York, Sumatra quake, Hurricane Katrina and Haiti quake. The radiation expert cites often FEMA's Sept 10, 2001 conference, where the agency ranked most likely disasters as a terrorist attack on New York, an earthquake in San Francisco and a hurricane in New Orleans.
Foreshadowing is a concept noted in the interview. Moret finds parallels in these events with prior ones of a similar but smaller scale seen as possible feasibility or "practice runs". US warships were also nearby in these disasters, notes Moret, in an accompanying article by Webre."US Ronald Reagan – As was the case in the HAARP false flag operations of Katrina hurricane, the Haiti earthquake, and the Sumatra earthquake-tsunami, U.S. warships such as the U.S. Ronald Reagan, complicit in the false flag operation, stood by the operation and were an operational part of it."
Perhaps, most interesting, Moret fingers the DOE as running the operation in Japan and provides names in the department: Steven Chu and Steven Koonin. Chu acts in China's interest and Koonin, a former BP employee for the London bankers. Queen of England owns BP reminds Moret. It's a global agenda where sovereignty of nation-states seems only an obstacle to large players. Rockefellers, Moret observes, bought into Japan during the rebuilding after World War II, and points out, SONY is not Japanese--it stands for Standard Oil of New York!
In the most tenuous accusation, Moret fingers CIA for developing Stuxnet worm with Israel's MOSSAD. "The false flag operation involved the introduction of the CIA-Mossad developed Stuxnet virus, causing melt-downs in all nuclear cores within 90 minutes, followed by complete coverup. This was aided by intentionally poor design, as though the power plant were from the beginning a giant nuclear weapon." Is it too far-fetched? Has Stuxnet co-opted operations in nuclear plants to turn them into potential dirty nukes?
On a last count, it's hard to believe Moret, who ".. sees big nuclear power expansion plans globally..", as it seems an uphill battle from here to sell nuclear power? Or is it? Will the international war crimes network simply run roughshod over objections to implement their agenda? It can't be discounted!
A criminal network - doing the dirty work for London bankers and the Queen, in a worldwide conspiracy - seems beyond belief. This writer sees actors as Chu and Koonin, whose interests lie outside the country, making the story believable. The "apparently inept" disaster response in Japan, so reminiscent of New Orleans, only contributes to the suspicion that a conspiracy is afoot - and it's global!

langner warns stuxnet generic
Cyber security expert Ralph Langner reports his research into Stuxnet in a must see video from a recent Ted Talk. While an article by Washington's Blog, "Could a Rogue Computer Virus be Used to Shut Down Nuclear Plants Worldwide?", has gone viral; the real news is Langner's revelation that "Stuxnet is generic", which implies its flexible code can easily attack other industrial sites not just nuclear plants. The Ugly Truth quotes Langner's pointed comment, “you fail to understand that the hacker underground has been studying control systems for years without any success. You fail to understand that this community will eagerly dismantle Stuxnet as a blueprint for how to cyber-attack installations from the cookie plant next door to power plants.” Virus protection will be at a premium for commercial applications!

radiation chic coming to america
A blog entry at Humans Are Free makes several suppositions how and why an insane New World Order elite precipitates "natural disasters". The modus operandi considered is a Stuxnet infection, establishing outside access to critical Siemens PLCs that control coolant rods. Industrial operations are under increased cyber-attacks. HAARP is implicated in eliciting earthquake that resulted in a tsunami.
The most interesting suggested link is, perhaps, Japan's issuing 15 Trillion in currency, which is viewed as likely used by US Federal Reserve as a means to further dilute damage done by derivatives. It's coincidental the Fed announced quantitative easing will end June 30th. The world has clearly gone crazy. The present writer subscribes to view there are capitalists, who will attempt to profit off of death and destruction!

what does germany know? is it only stuxnet?
In a PAKCONNECTS post, "Why Merkel hurriedly ordered the shut down of German reactors? Israel!", possible reasons for concern are cited, "Germany has pulled out of NATO operations due to disagreements over the mission in Libya...voted in favor of a UN Security Council resolution calling the Israeli settlements in occupied Palestinian territory illegal..." The Japanese have, also, sided with the Palestinians. The post continues with another observation, "...same Israeli company providing ‘security’ to Japan’s reactors is the one that’s also responsible for the nukes in Germany."
On March 16th, the Puma chopper of German Chancellor Angela Merkel suffered simultaneous flameouts of both engines. The helicopter is nearly new and had only dropped off Merkel a couple hours before. You can view the Eurocopter here. Are there threats being made behind the scenes?

vanity fair on stuxnet: a declaration of cyberwar
did US intel mastermind the stuxnet cyber-missile?
from vanity fair: Last summer, the world’s top software-security experts were panicked by the discovery of a drone-like computer virus, radically different from and far more sophisticated than any they’d seen. The race was on to figure out its payload, its purpose, and who was behind it. As the world now knows, the Stuxnet worm appears to have attacked Iran’s nuclear program. And, as Michael Joseph Gross reports, while its source remains something of a mystery, Stuxnet is the new face of 21st-century warfare: invisible, anonymous, and devastating.

2010: the year the internet went to war
from threat level: It was a year without parallel. Threat Level’s bread-and-butter themes of censorship, hacking, security, privacy, copyright and cyberwar were all represented in tug-of-war struggles with unprecedented outcomes.Google defeated China’s censors, but caved to corporate censorship in the United States. The largest computer-crime case ever prosecuted ended in the nation’s longest prison term. A small-time Xbox modder who advertised his services online beat the federal rap. And a mysterious computer virus called Stuxnet finally put proof to decades of warnings that malware will eventually be used to kinetic effect in the real world.
A myriad of court decisions seemed to be a boon for online rights, while others clearly were a step backward. The year 2010 saw the rise of the newspaper copyright troll, and judges pushed back on absurd jury verdicts for music file sharing and outdated electronic spying rules.
And a secret-spilling website flirting with insolvency and dissolution suddenly burst onto the world stage. WikiLeaks was without a doubt the biggest 2010 development in Threat Level’s world.

son of stuxnet?
Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs was advised, last week, variant of Stuxnet poses threat to critical infrastructure, reports Christian Science Monitor. Cybersecurity experts believe modified Son of Stuxnet" could target wider range of control systems. Many facilities use a combination of Windows operating & Siemens control systems like Iran's nuclear facilities, attacked by the computer worm this past summer. "The concern for the future of Stuxnet is that the underlying code could be adapted to target a broader range of control systems in any number of critical infrastructure sectors," said Sean McGurk, acting director of the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center at the US Department of Homeland Security.

stuxnet remains problem for iran nuke sites
Cybersecurity experts in the United States report an increase in internet traffic to their websites from Iran. The experts add there appears to be, also, strenuous efforts to hide the traffic's origin. A Fox News article, "Stuxnet Worm Still Out of Control at Iran's Nuclear Sites, Experts Say", infers from the internet traffic there are still problems. The article describes the Stuxnet worm as "...equipped with a warhead that targeted and took over the controls of the centrifuge systems at Iran’s uranium processing center in Natanz, and it had a second warhead that targeted the massive turbine at the nuclear reactor in Bashehr". Ralph Langner, a German expert, believes Iranians need to throw out their computers but adds they can't, "they will just continually reinfect themselves".

stuxnet damaged centrifuges at natanz?
A frontpagemag.com post by Rich Trzupek may provide the best description of havoc wreaked by computer worm. Stuxnet, introduced most likely by flash drive, hopped computers at Iran's uranium enrichment facility at Natanz until it reached its target. The computer worm then went to work by targeting the programmable logic controller (PLC) that controls thousands of centrifuges at the facility. The PLC fooled centrifuges into changing speeds, and at the same time, not reporting the change or triggering alarms. "Operators were surely puzzled, for their control panels told them everything was running normally, but centrifuge after centrifuge was being wrecked by the severe changes in rotation speed. The result, many experts believe, is that thousands of the centrifuges were damaged over the course of the year..." It's widely believed only a rich nation could provide the resources for a computer worm of Stuxnet's sophistication. Ralph Langner, a computer security expert, compares it to the "arrival of a F-35 into a WWI battlefield". The scary thought is: now that the code is public, where will it turn up next?

stuxnet role in stoppage at natanz?
International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report says uranium enrichment halted at Natanz facility in Iran on at least one day this month. Space Daily website article, "Stuxnet could add to Iran's enrichment problems: experts" suggests it's experts' belief Stuxnet computer worm, which infected the facility's computer system months ago, may be contributing to stoppage? Mark Fitzpatrick of the International Institute for Strategic Studies cites, on the other hand, chronic technical problems, "the Stuxnet malware appears to have contributed to these problems, but the P-1 centrifuges have intrinsic problems anyway." Is this an early battle in cyberwarfare or just broken outmoded tech?
