The next false flag event may take unexpected form, but groundwork reported in place for an attack! Leon Panetta, Defense Secretary nominee, warned at his confirmation hearing recently, "...next ‘Pearl Harbor’ could be a cyber attack." Alex Thomas provides in a recent article at the Intel Hub, "The Stage Is Set For a Nuclear False Flag," a thorough summary of steps pointing to a nuclear event. The most blatant are 25 letters that, "...claim nuclear bombs are hidden throughout the United States have been sent to multiple investigators and citizens in the Chicago area. The letter inside said, 'The Al-Qaeda organization has planted 160 nuclear bombs throughout the U.S. in schools, stadiums, churches, stores, financial institutions and government buildings.' It also said, 'This is a suicide mission for us,' reported CBS Chicago." The present writer wonders how many readers still take al-Qaida, a legion of western intelligence-trained actors, seriously?

Webster Tarpley exposed these methods in a 2009 Fort Hood shooting article and his 2005 book, "9/11 Synthetic Terror: Made In USA,"9/11 and other recent terrorist attacks represented provocations cynically orchestrated by privately controlled rogue networks operating within the US intelligence agencies for purposes of mass political manipulation." A Fox News report revealed cleric Anwar al-Awlaki has dined with brass at the Pentagon. Al-Awlaki is most dangerous, since he is an American-born citizen, whose arrest would open door for any American to be labeled "a terrorist".

The al-Qaida and bin Laden nuclear theme dates to a 2002 World Net Daily Article, whether bin Laden obtained 20 suitcase nukes in 1998 from Russian intelligence agents. How short is the collective American memory? Dick Cheney shared fears of nuclear threat in bizarre 2007 year. These reports of nukes smuggled into the United States or their threat, provide cover for nefarious acts by simply invoking very tired Boogeymen: bin Laden and al-Qaida.

The Intel Hub article continues with 2007 Minot missing nuke incident, where some speculated device was destined for the Middle East. Barksdale AFB is the originating base for B-52 flights overseas. An alternative and less likely view has missing nuke flown not straight to Barksdale but to Area 51, where adventurer Steve Fossett possibly saw too much and disappeared over Nevada desert. Fossett was found dead only months later in California. The intrigue goes further with possibility nuke ended up in downtown Portland, where radiation was detected during TOPOFF 4 drill.

Portland, Oregon occupies a special position as a top target. Capt. Eric H May, former Army intelligence, placed Portland as a tertiary target in a 2008 Global Research article:

"Portland, called "Little Beirut" by Bush cronies because of its enmity to Bush 41 and Bush 43, only made my top three list last summer, when it was designated as a target for a nuclear attack by successive exercises Noble Resolve and TOPOFF. I discovered that Stanford and Harvard had prepared a detailed nuclear fallout map for it, that national military commanders and state National Guard commanders were telling different stories about what the exercises were trying to accomplish, and that Portland's The Oregonian newspaper was doing everything it could to avoid investigating the frightening anomalies. I wasn't at all surprised that the last day of the exercises found the Homeland Security director Michael Chertoff in downtown Portland, which was largely closed down by an 'unexpected" bomb threat'."

The present writer was convinced of this special judgement reserved for the city after viewing coverage of 2002 Portland protests. There is only a gut feeling as to the validity of this apprehension but it is there. A bizarre 2009 slideshow "Operation Blackjack" at the Telegraph website, which can only be propaganda, reinforces a feeling of forboding as Portland, OR is also targeted there. Is it conveying a message of no act of insolence will go unpunished? The slideshow seems to serve as predictive programming, and possibly, an illuminati credo of absolving guilt by warning victims in advance?

Chicago is May's secondary target and on radar for several reasons. The former Sears Tower renamed Willis Tower is owned by Larry Silverstein and cannot dismiss another huge insurance scam. Rahm Emanuel is mayor of Chicago and rumored MOSSAD agent. Chicago is very corrupt with large criminal element. You cannot dismiss the similarities to the World Trade Center on 9/11. You may want to pick up a Geiger counter before they're out of stock! The present writer bets on blood sacrifice in elevated numbers to motivate populace to take on additional burdens and more wars. A cyber terrorist act or even radiation from nuclear plants, compromised by flooding, are insufficient but provide an additive effect of reduced fertility and increased death - and what seems in store for us?

In an Exopolitics TV interview, often paired Alfred Labremont Webre interviews radiation expert Leuren Moret on planet Earth as a weapon of war. Webre and Moret believe an international war crimes network lies behind many of the recent HAARP-triggered "natural disasters", including Fukushima. Moret fingers perps in network: the CIA, Department of Energy (DOE) and BP as tools used by London bankers. Moret's highly developed worldview sees London bankers and Queen of England at epicenter of power in Western world.


A murky international war crimes network seeks by means of depop agendas the goal of land and resource grabs. Moret also believes most natural disasters of past decade are "HAARP events". A list of triggered events include: 9/11 New York, Sumatra quake, Hurricane Katrina and Haiti quake. The radiation expert cites often FEMA's Sept 10, 2001 conference, where the agency ranked most likely disasters as a terrorist attack on New York, an earthquake in San Francisco and a hurricane in New Orleans.

Foreshadowing is a concept noted in the interview. Moret finds parallels in these events with prior ones of a similar but smaller scale seen as possible feasibility or "practice runs". US warships were also nearby in these disasters, notes Moret, in an accompanying article by Webre."US Ronald Reagan – As was the case in the HAARP false flag operations of Katrina hurricane, the Haiti earthquake, and the Sumatra earthquake-tsunami, U.S. warships such as the U.S. Ronald Reagan, complicit in the false flag operation, stood by the operation and were an operational part of it."

Perhaps, most interesting, Moret fingers the DOE as running the operation in Japan and provides names in the department: Steven Chu and Steven Koonin. Chu acts in China's interest and Koonin, a former BP employee for the London bankers. Queen of England owns BP reminds Moret. It's a global agenda where sovereignty of nation-states seems only an obstacle to large players. Rockefellers, Moret observes, bought into Japan during the rebuilding after World War II, and points out, SONY is not Japanese--it stands for Standard Oil of New York!

In the most tenuous accusation, Moret fingers CIA for developing Stuxnet worm with Israel's MOSSAD. "The false flag operation involved the introduction of the CIA-Mossad developed Stuxnet virus, causing melt-downs in all nuclear cores within 90 minutes, followed by complete coverup. This was aided by intentionally poor design, as though the power plant were from the beginning a giant nuclear weapon." Is it too far-fetched? Has Stuxnet co-opted operations in nuclear plants to turn them into potential dirty nukes?

On a last count, it's hard to believe Moret, who ".. sees big nuclear power expansion plans globally..", as it seems an uphill battle from here to sell nuclear power? Or is it? Will the international war crimes network simply run roughshod over objections to implement their agenda? It can't be discounted!

A criminal network - doing the dirty work for London bankers and the Queen, in a worldwide conspiracy - seems beyond belief. This writer sees actors as Chu and Koonin, whose interests lie outside the country, making the story believable. The "apparently inept" disaster response in Japan, so reminiscent of New Orleans, only contributes to the suspicion that a conspiracy is afoot - and it's global!

Wayne Madsen reports Asian intelligence sources feel strongly Wikileaks is linked to US computer espionage operations. Wikileaks cries persecution by US intelligence when it is intelligence itself, according to Madsen's sources. Madsen writes in "CIA, Mossad and Soros behind Wikileaks", his sources also view Wikileaks as part and parcel of a cyber-COINTELPRO campaign as proposed by President Obama's information czar, Cass Sunstein. Article provides an amazing detailed history of Wikileaks from making the CIA unhappy by diverting too many funds to the MOSSAD to its move to Iceland, and how it's believed, George Soros is behind it. It's a must read article to appreciate how speculators like Soros operate on the world stage.

from dodbuzz: Black-Cyber-Operations have become all too common, launching highly sophisticated cyber actions against their targets that go undetected for months or years. A black operation is generally accepted worldwide by militaries and intelligence agencies to represent specific types of covert operations typically involving activities that are either secret or of questionable legitimacy and often violate international law and demand deniability.

Russia began developing black-cyber-ops teams as far back as the early 1990s. But Russia is not the only military with these capabilities. A Chinese black-ops team is credited with the design and execution of the “Titan Rain” initiative that long went unchecked and undetected deep inside the U.S. Department of Defense networks. This cyber event is said to be second only to the cyber attack that hit the Pentagon in 2008 and impacted both theaters of operation (Afghanistan and Iraq).

These highly specialized teams are rarely talked about in the open media, but sometimes come up in quiet, off-line conversations at conferences. Recently, at a cyber warfare event, the lunch break conversation turned to cyber weapons. “If I were to start a business today, I would start a black-cyber-ops and cyber weapons development organization,” I told those sitting nearby. Somebody (from a three letter organization) leaned over, tapped me on the shoulder and said, “I’ll be your first customer.”

As the conversation went on, another said, “We need the equivalent of a Cyber Blackwater” (or Xe). While there are black-cyber-ops organizations around the world and cyber arms developers and dealers, this appears to be an underserved market niche. Given the attention cyber warfare is now receiving, you can bet there will be more such organizations going active in the next few years.

FACT: The only difference between a cyber weapon and a security or capacity testing tool is the intent of the individual using it.
