Need More Rest « becoming tawnya

I read a few entries from last year about this time. I was in a better mindset concerning exercise and foods. I weighed between 156 and 157. I was also riding my bike by now. I'm dying to ride my bike. The gym is close. I'll be biking to the gym this summer. :)

Yesterday I sat around the house. I had a movie marathon. I put two movies in while I sewed my table runner and then I watched Legally Blonde 1 and 2. After that, I put on public television and watched Lark Rise to Candleford and surfed youtube for quilting. By then Sweety was home and we had left over salisbury steak casserole and potato salad. I never made it to the gym or the grocery store. I decided against the gym since it was Sunday. I'd forgotten that I planned to take Sundays off. However, my new day to take off will be Saturday since there are swimming lessons and no lap lanes. Sunday the lap lanes are open until noon.

Today. Gym. Get charts ready for doctor appointment tomorrow. Call in Chubahka's pill refill. Rest. My weekend was too short.
