Saturday, April 23rd, 2011: This is day 23 of my 30 day challenge to ride every day during the month of April. Only 7 more days to go. Todays ride was just over 102 miles. I took Highway 160 south to Old Spanish Trail Highway. Biked along Old Spanish Trail Hwy passing through Tecopah Hot Springs and then to Shoshone, before heading back home to Pahrump. I got an early start at 6:30AM. The weather was nice but there was a little bit of wind to deal with. I really enjoyed the scenery. I have included some pictures below including one of a "Snake Crossing" sign. I guess someone wanted to make sure no one runs over the snakes!
