Gingerbread cookies in April? Sure, they're traditionally associated with Christmas, but I was craving them. Even better, they're among the Monkey's (my boyfriend) favorite kind of cookies. And finally: they're not chocolate chip. Yes, I've been making a lot of chocolate chip cookies lately.
