I wonder how many of these posts are trolls? I haven't had any issues whatsoever with 4.3.1.
Seems odd to assume that you have seen no problems there are no problems to be seen.
My battery life is good, I don't have dropped calls (mind you I never did on any phone), and most things are fine, but I get the problem in the Photos app where the camera roll gets stuck under the album bar, and you can't select it. OK, you can get round it by quiting and restarting, but if I was happy having a work round I would be using android :D

Are you sure you're using the latest Camino? I'm not sure what things are like on the mactel side but on PPCmacs, Camino is hands-down faster than Safari- an advantage that becomes more obvious the longer you surf without restarting the browser...

I'm not "relating" anything to slavery, it's the only example I can think of where the people you are defending actually made 100% of the income. That's the logical and almost actual extension of your argument. (I can't believe you're calling me out, when you just posted a poll asking if people think we should go back to an interpretation of the Constitution that would allow the blatently racist actions of the years following the aboloshment of slavery through the 60s).

Since more people have Intel based Macs, than Macs with Blu-ray burners built in, it would be nice if maybe they prioritized on a Universal version instead...

Maybe the software, but the drive itself may be only compatible with Blu-Ray rather than HD-DVD.

Hey, I'm trying to generate a sound that will match something from a song my band is covering. I have the sound set up just right except I need the it to oscillate faster. I want it to be at oscillating at about 178 bpm but I can't figure how to get it to work.

The back of that car looks like a BMW. I quite like it, still not a fan of the new VW front grills though unfortunately.
One car I'd love to see in the US (as I may well end up living there one day) is the Ford Mondeo sold in the European market. Absolutely love the design of that car for a saloon/sedan.

I love how in our industry, when we raise a price, we have to justify it to the customer start to finish, across every presence imaginable, media, events, etc... cost of materials, availability during wartime, tighter environmental standards, labor cost increase, having not made an adjustment to the price in nearly a decade despite inflation and other factors... before we'll be able to make a 5% increase to the price and not lose all our customers.
It must be nice to be a telecom company and just toss out huge arbitrary pricing changes without any justification.

They can only sell it if you opt in (or don't opt out, depending on whether that checkbox is checked by default or not). And what harm is happening to you if they use their anonymous demographic data to sell adds? Don't you think Apple is using their demographic data when they sell iAds?
It goes further than anonymous demographic data(and the anonymity part is very slim with online services).
It' s about being spammed, phoned, mailed with stuff they think I might like just because I'm subscribed with them.

I just dl it and its awesome! this should be picked up by apple its super handy. sometimes i have 4 camera apps open that i am using and i hate having to find them so this is a saving grace for me.

Reminds me, must get my old Passat looked at. Needs a service anyway - they can look at the brake failure message i'm getting (probably a sensor as it only happens when cold and turning left!)
Anyway as for the new US model, looks like a bit of the current Polo/Golf styling (EU models anyway - not sure about US versions of them) is going on. Not too sure if I like it, however as I've not got the money and I live on another continent it's not an issue at the moment.

Relax...if it's a new battery it may take a little while to settle down. Also sometimes they come out higher than the rated capacity, just because of manufacturing tolerances....
