It is a ruling that says there has been a Military Coup, and we are now ruled by a Military Junta. (NOTE: This is not the same as that which recently occurred in Honduras – a lawful act to uphold their Constitution, until a legitimate President and CINC can be duly selected or elected – this is a secret and treasonous takeover of our Constitutional form of government, with a person of unknown origins and allegiances as the de facto pResident in charge)."
