Are Lea Michele and Chris Colfer Getting a 'Glee' Spinoff?
When the news broke yesterday that Lea Michele and Chris Colfer were graduating from McKinley High at the end of next season, Glee fans were forced to think about life without two of our favorite television characters.
But don't get too upset, Gleeks: Sources say we may just get a show starring Rachel Berry and Kurt Hummel! A source close to the show tells RumorFix.com, that the New York Nationals storyline, where their characters sneaked onto the stage of Wicked and sang one of the songs, may be worked into the new show. The rumors have Michele and the Emmy-nominated Colfer's characters moving to the city together, where Rachel may be appearing in a reprisal of Funny Girl.
There is no word on whether Cory Monteith, who is also leaving the show, will appear on the spinoff. And if there is Rachel/Kurt show in the works, producer Ryan Murphy isn't talking just yet. Though he did say that he has plans to concentrate on Michele's character in the upcoming season.
"I'm much more interested in Lea's character -- not so much on her relationship with Finn," Murphy said. "But more on what her dreams are beyond high school and how she plans on getting them."
Sounds like the perfect way set up a new series!

Blink-182's 'Up All Night': Mark Hoppus Tells The Story

Sure, there's already been a reunion tour, but Thursday, Blink-182 officially returned with "Up All Night," their first proper single in nearly seven years.
And while the song recalls elements of Blink's past (not to mention all those side projects), it's by no means nostalgic. With its darkly undulating electronics, churning chords and Barker's mighty mashing, it also represents a new Blink for a new millennium.
And that's even more impressive when you consider that the song's actually been around for more than two years now, ever since Blink-182 first resumed jamming together in early 2009. During that time, it's undergone some rather drastic changes, but it's always remained core to what the band hoped to do on their new album, Neighborhoods. How do we know all this? Because Mark Hoppus told us, in an email Friday morning (July 15), just hours after "Up All Night" nearly broke the Internet.
" 'Up All Night' was the first song that we started writing when the band got back together," he wrote. "The foundation of the song remains largely the same as when we first began, but over the past two years, as we've been recording others songs, coming back to this one, working on something else, coming back to this song, it's gotten harder and heavier than its original incarnation.
"Initially the chorus had much more air. It was a lofty, synth-y chorus, but we wanted the first song that people heard to be much more of a rocker. We changed a bunch of the instrumentation, recorded heavier guitars and bass, and Tom [DeLonge] wrote the progression that the guitars take on in the chorus," he continued. "Then Travis [Barker] took it over and the drums really solidified the rock element of the track. The half-time intro of the last section was all him, and I think punctuates the song very well."
After all that work, you can imagine how thrilled the guys in Blink have been by the song's initial reception. But that's just the first part of their return. As Hoppus wrote, the next step is letting fans hear Neighborhoods itself. He's beyond excited for that, too.
"I'm so glad to finally have new music out, and cannot believe how well it has been received," he wrote. "[Our website] crashed out several times, my Google-plus account crashed out twice, and blink-182 was a top trending topic worldwide. Totally amazing. Now, I can't wait for the album itself to be released."

Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus and Christina Aguilera are also in the running this Fourth of July.

Today is the Fourth of July — happy birthday, America! — and that means it's time to celebrate the most patriotic ladies in music! Whether they're singing "The Star-Spangled Banner" in front of millions or wearing their love of their country on their sleeve (sometimes very literally), these ladies are living the American dream.
And this isn't some arbitrary ranking, either! To determine who the most patriotic divas are, we got positively scientific (just go with it). We assessed these ladies' patriotism based on four areas. Each was awarded one point if she, A) appeared at a patriotic event or in a pro-America public service announcement, B) was photographed wearing American flag-related clothing, C) sang the national anthem at a public event or D) released an America-themed song. The lady with the most points won.
So who are the top America-lovin' ladies in music today? Check 'em out!
Britney Spears
Spears famously appeared on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine in 2000 wearing an American-flag belly shirt with a play on Uncle Sam's famous saying running beside her: "Britney Wants You!" We decided to be pretty liberal with what constitutes a patriotic event, so we are going to give Spears a combined single point for appearing at two very American (but not specifically about America) events: the NASCAR Winston Cup Pepsi 400 in 2001 and the Super Bowl XXXV halftime show.
Alas, Spears has not released a song specifically about America, despite being "Miss American Dream since I was 17." She also, curiously enough, hasn't performed "The Star-Spangled Banner" in her pop-star era. (There is a six-second YouTube clip of her performing the national anthem at age 8, but she wasn't a sanctioned diva back then.)

Miley Cyrus
We thought of Cyrus for this list specifically because of her good-times jam "Party in the U.S.A.," which is not only about America but weirdly became a bona fide anthem that reflected the mood in the country following the death of Osama Bin Laden.
But just when we thought we could award the young pop star only one point, we stumbled upon her PSA for the American Red Cross, asking for support in the wake of the earthquake that ravaged northern Japan earlier this year. Way to lend your celebrity to both a very American organization and an allied country in dire need, Miley!

Lady Gaga
America is all about being yourself. We are a melting pot, after all. And Lady Gaga is all about being herself, and she wants you to be yourself too — there's nothing more American than that!
We'd love to see her put those killer pipes to use and sing the national anthem, but she hasn't done it just yet. She does earn points, however, in the three other areas of our survey. Gaga is, interestingly, perhaps the pop star most involved in the democratic process. Last year she spoke at the National Equality March and at rallies in Maine to encourage the repeal of the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy. She even appeared in a PSA for the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network asking her fans to contact their senators to voice their displeasure with the policy.
On the sartorial front, she sported an American-flag bikini in her "Telephone" video. (Wouldn't you have been more surprised if we had told you that Lady Gaga had never worn the American flag?) She also has a song on her most recent album, Born This Way, called "Americano."

Christina Aguilera
Aguilera is known for her awesome singing voice, so it's no surprise that she has performed the national anthem at several major events, including this year's Super Bowl, where she mangled the lyrics something fierce in an uncommon bout of nervousness. (That's what it was, right? Seriously, she's done "The Star-Spangled Banner" about a thousand times!)
The "Beautiful" singer also filmed PSAs for "Rock the Vote" in 2008 to encourage young people to get out and do their duty as U.S. citizens. In the clips, she sings "America the Beautiful" a cappella while holding her newborn son Max, who is wrapped in an American flag (double points!). Yes, Aguilera herself isn't draped in the flag, but we thought we'd give her the point anyway because of her USO-themed video for "Candyman."

Katy Perry
Perry impresses in three of our categories. Late last year, she performed at the "USO Presents: VH1 Divas Salute the Troops" concert at Miramar, California, where she also wore an American-flag bustier. That is not the only instance of flag-waving clothing Perry has sported, however. During an appearance on British TV show James Corden's "World Cup Live!," Perry wore a latex flag dress.
Given her frequent pro-America attire, we're going to give Perry the benefit of the doubt and count her pro-tolerance anthem "Firework" as an America-themed song, because in America, all men and women are created equal, and that's basically what "Firework" is all about. Also, it's the Fourth of July, people. Fireworks!

Beyoncé
Was it even really a contest? Beyoncé sang (and nailed) "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the 2004 Super Bowl in her hometown of Houston, Texas.
What's more American than singing the national anthem at America's most-watched sporting event? Well, perhaps being personally asked by the president to perform at his inauguration. The girl (who runs the world) was asked to sing "At Last" while Barack and Michelle Obama had their first dance as president and first lady of the United States.
Beyoncé recently released a cover of Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the U.S.A." to benefit the New York Police and Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund. (Seriously, could she be more awesome?) Having worn the American flag as a dress to get down opposite Lady Gaga in the video for "Telephone," Queen B is the only diva who fulfills all our categories.
When it comes to Beyoncé and America, we could go on and on — she recently repurposed one of her hits for Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" anti-obesity campaign, and in 2001, she performed with Destiny's Child at the United We Stand: What More Can I Give? benefit concert at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. — wearing American-flag pants, we might add. But it's the Fourth of July, and we think a real patriot like B would prefer you get out and celebrate America's 235th birthday instead of celebrating her dedication to the US of A!

Greek Mythology Overview/Orpheus and Eurydice
I can't really say that the tales of the gods, goddesses, and heroes of ancient Greece are my favorites, since they are the ones I'm most familiar with. I read parts of the Iliad and the Odyssey when I was in high school, and thus, know the most famous stories.
So, as I begin this series of posts on world mythologies, which is part of the wonderful Midnight Summer Festival, I must begin with the tales I grew up with. Furthermore, Greek mythology has, more than any other, been the foundation and source of Western civilization. Thus, it would seem to me, it's the most important. The other important mythologies are the Celtic and the Norse. The Celtic in particular had a marked influence on the King Arthur tales, which I wholeheartedly adore!
I will explore these other mythologies in later posts.
The fascinating tales of every culture's mythology were, and in some cases, still are, part of each culture's religion. Such was the case with the Greeks -- their gods and goddesses were once actually worshipped, having their own temples and special days of celebration. Every Greek citizen was expected to honor these gods and goddesses, too. The worship rituals were woven into a Greek's daily existence.
The Greek religion/mythology also influenced every other aspect of Greek life -- its art, politics, and literature, although at the beginning, the tales were only transmitted orally. This was the oral-poetic tradition.
Later on, the principal Greek tales were set down in two epic poems, the Iliad and the Odyssey, which are believed to have been written by Homer. In fact, these are the two earliest known Greek 'books'. Both of them deal with the events of the Trojan War, which, according to the first poem, began when Paris, from the city of Troy, kidnapped Helen, the most beautiful woman of the time, and took her to his city, and away from her husband, King Menelaus of Sparta. This even ignited a prolonged war between the Trojans and the Achaeans, as the Greeks of Homer's time were known.
One of Homer's possible contemporaries, Hesiod, is considered the author of the Theogony, which sets down the earliest Greek myths, and deals with such things as the creation of the world and the origin of the gods, as well as that of the Titans and the Giants. Another poem by Hesiod, Works and Days, although primarily dealing with the subjects of farming, astronomy, and various others, also contains the legends of Prometheus, Pandora, as well as Hesiod's Five Ages of Man.
The Greek myths and characters most familiar to me, and probably to most of us, are those related to the Olympians, a group of younger gods that overthrew the Titans or Elder Gods. There were twelve Olympians, and they lived on Mount Olympus, hence their name. This mountain is the highest in Greece, and is located on the border between Thessaly and Macedonia, as well as about 62 miles (100 kilometers) away from Greece's second largest city, Thessaloniki. it is still known as "the abode of the gods".
The classical list of the Olympians consisted of the following gods and goddesses: Zeus, who was the main god, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, Athena, Dionysus, Apollo, Artemis, Ares, Aphrodite, Hephaestus, and Hermes. To this list, other gods and goddesses are sometimes added: Hades, Hestia, Aesclepius, Eros, Hebe, Heracles, Pan, and Persephone.

These divine beings were thought to preside over certain religious and aesthetic concepts. For example, Aphrodite (known as "Venus" to the Romans), was the goddess of love and beauty, Ares (the Roman Mars) was the god of war, Hades (the Roman Pluto) was the god of the dead, and Athena (the Roman Minerva) was the goddess of wisdom and knowledge.
Some of the famous tales associated with these gods, goddesses and heroes, are the creation of Man by Prometheus, the twelve labors of Hercules, the tale of Daedalus and his son Icarus, Orpheus and Eurydice, Theseus and Ariadne, Cupid and Psyche, and Phaeton, who drove too close to the sun. The stories of Perseus and Oedipus are also well-known. Then there's the judgement of Paris, which set off the Trojan War.
One of my favorite myths is that of Orpheus and Eurydice. Why? Because it's very romantic, of course! It's one of the myths retold by Edith Hamilton in her classic, Mythology, which was the subject of one of my previous posts. It's a very beautiful, yet bittersweet, story...
Orpheus was the most skilled musician and poet in the Greek world. He was also considered a prophet, and the founder of the Orphic mysteries. His skill with the lyre, which he used to accompany his singing, was such that everyone who heard him, including animals, and the nymphs of the forests, were enthralled. In some versions of the myth, his father was said to be the great god Apollo, while in others, he was said to be the son of Oeagrus, a Thracian king.
Orpheus fell in love with and married Eurydice, who, in some versions, was an oak nymph, and in others, a daughter of Apollo (make of this what you will!). On their wedding day, Orpheus played for her, and she danced joyously through the meadow. A satyr caught sight of her and pursued her. While trying to escape, Eurydice was bitten by a venomous snake, and died instantly. Orpheus was inconsolable, and decided to go down to the Underworld in search of her. While there, he charmed Hades and Persephone, the gods of the Underworld, into allowing him to return with his wife to the world of the living. There was one condition, however --- he was not to turn around to look back at her until they had emerged entirely from the Underworld. Everything goes well, but, when they are at the point of emerging, Orpheus is seized by doubt -- is Eurydice really following him? So, of course, he turns around, just in time to see her outstretched arms, as she begins to vanish...
Orpheus attempts to retrieve her again, to no avail. So he returns alone to the land of the living, and falls into a deep depression. He is unable to sing or play his lyre. The only way he can see Eurydice again is to die himself.
Orpheus was later killed by the Maenads, who became angry when they saw that no amount of persuasion by them could bring him out of his depression. Thus, he was finally reunited with Eurydice in the Underworld.
This myth has had such an impact on the human imagination that it has been retold in several different ways in literature and drama, as well as music and ballet. One notable example is "Black Orpheus" a 1959 film, made in Brazil by French director Marcel Camus. It was given the Palme D'Or at the 1959 Cannes Film Festival, as well as the 1960 Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, and the 1960 Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Film. Another important example is "Orfeo ed Euridice", an opera by the German composer Christoph Willibald Gluck. It was first performed in Vienna in 1762.

Justin Bieber Launches 'Someday' Fragrance
Fans have been lined up at Macy's Herald Square for days waiting for a sniff and a chance to meet the Biebs on Thursday.

Justin Bieber released his fragrance, Someday, this week and he launched an all-out promo campaign for the occasion.
The Biebs hit New York City, dropping by "The Late Show With David Letterman" on Wednesday night, and then popping up on the "Today" show Thursday morning (June 23). He then sat down with the ladies of "The View."
On "Letterman," the pop star delivered the "top 10" list, revealing little-known personal facts. So, what did fans learn about Bieber? "I served eight months in prison for siphoning gas," he shared.
He also joked, "I begged my publicist to get me out of this."
But most important, he revealed, "It's a hair piece."
During his "Today" show appearance, he sprayed fans with Someday and signed autographs. "I'm more interested in how females smell than males, which is why I decided to do it for all the girls, and 100 percent of the proceeds go to charity," he shared. "We did a couple [charities], like, Pencils [of] Promise," he added about the educational organization. "They're doing this campaign called Schools 4 All, so I'm just really excited."
Bieber also described his inspiration for the scent as "different girls and stuff."
After his appearance on "The View," Bieber will head to Macy's Herald Square on 34th street, where some of his fans have lined up days in advance, waiting for a chance to see the Biebs. "These are pretty extreme fans," Macy's spokesperson Robin Reibel said about the mass of teenage girls gathered at the famed department store. "A lot of these girls camped out in tents last night."
Bieber will meet with the first 350 fans lucky enough to make the cut (and who purchase Someday) on Thursday. For $135, fans will get sprays in 3.4 and 1 oz. bottles, a 6.7 oz. body lotion, 5 oz. hair mist and a photo with the teen star. The fragrance has been touted as "energy with a state-of-mind that inspires. It is a personal gift straight from his heart, giving fans a chance to get one step closer to Justin. It's a fragrance he can't get enough of and can't stay away from, making those who wear it irresistible."

Elin Nordegren's got a new boyfriend, and he doesn't play golf.
According to the New York Post, Tiger Woods' ex is dating wealthy American businessman Jamie Dingman. The son of billionaire Michael Dingman, Jamie is a financial investor who splits his time between China and the Bahamas -- but he's recently been logging time with Nordegren, 31, in Florida and Sweden. (This Swedish TV video on TMZ includes still shots of them kissing outside of her apartment!)
Prior to meeting Nordegren, the wealthy jetsetter was linked to Blue Bloods star Bridget Moynahan and possibly to Princess Madeleine of Sweden. He met the mom of two in January at the Red Cross Ball in Florida, where Princess Madeleine was also in attendance.

Sorry, folks -- it looks like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie aren't actually thinking about marriage. They don't even know the word marriage. What is this marriage that you speak of?
We know, it was only yesterday that rumors were flying of the supercouple's impending nuptials. Pitt's recent comments about considering marriage for the kids' sake had us thinking that maybe, just maybe, we'd get to see their two older daughters, 5-year-old Shiloh and 6-year-old Zahara Jolie-Pitt, in adorable little matching bridesmaids' dresses. (Although, on second thought, Shiloh would probably wear a tux).
But even though Us Weekly's three sources swore that marriage was on the table for Brangelina, People's "multiple sources" are shutting the rumor down. "There is no evidence nor any single truth," says one insider of Us Weekly's "false" report.
People also points out that the couple's schedule for the next few months isn't exactly conducive to wedding planning. Pitt, 47, is now filming World War Z in Malta, and will soon be promoting two more films: Moneyball and Coogan's Trade. Meanwhile, Jolie, 36, is finishing up her Bosnia-based directorial debut, In the Land of Blood and Honey. Given the couple's policy of one parent always being home with the kids, they may not really be in the same place for the next couple months, let alone walking down the same aisle!
But don't expect the marriage rumors to go away, either. Jolie and Pitt continue to hint in interviews that marriage is a possibility; even Jolie, who has scoffed at the idea that she and Brad need to get hitched, last year admitted that "it would be hard to say no to the kids." Plus, the closer this country gets to legalizing gay marriage (yay, New York!), the flimsier their stand-by excuse for not getting married (they won't do it until it's legal for everybody) starts to get.
And then there's that crazy French chateau they've been remodeling, which seems tailor-made for a decadent Hollywood wedding. Alas, for now -- and until the Jolie-Pitt kids start using their powers of coercion -- it looks like that 16th century chapel on the chateau grounds will just be collecting dust.

My wife and I work for Consulting firm. We both had to travel to India for Visa Stamping.
My wife appeared on 4th Dec 2010. The Consular asked all regular work questions to her and then issued her a blue 221(g) form asking for additional documents from employer. The documents asked were Employer tax returns, each state tax returns, employee list with their salaries and position.
My wife went to Mumbai Consulate again on 17th Jan with all additional documents. To our surprise she was interviewed same day by the same Consular and issued a visa. Typically in the past, the consulate would take the paper and would ask the candidate to wait for the email from consulate.
I appeared for my Visa interview on 23rd Dec and was issued yellow 22(g) form without checking any of my documents. I was asked how I am working on 7th year of my H1 and then issued a yellow form to verify my details. I was told to wait for email from consulate. Luckily I received email on 3rd business day. Typically these cases take anywhere from1 to 3 months.
At VFS center I met 3 more people who received yellow 221(g) and got reply from consulate with 2-3 business days.
My observation is that the Mumbai consulate was issuing 221(g)s to many folks. And this is not just limited to IT consultants but also affects Fulltime non-IT folks too. One of my friend from Manufacturing received yellow 221(g) last month but got email from consulate after 10 business days.
So to conclude, I think Mumbai consulate is issuing these 221(g)s a lot but at the same time the turn around time is also quick.

Growth could high, but economy is so small that would not necessarily make a lot of absolute difference. That said, sorry to tell you I heard that type of stories years ago when I landed in Canada in 1998. That's my personal opinion.

"The Canadian economy continues to perform robustly, benefiting from its strong macroeconomic policy framework and the boom in global commodity prices,'' the IMF said.
A cooling housing market is likely to trigger the slowdown in the U.S. economy next year and could weigh on the global economy as well, it said.
Growth in the United States, which was particularly strong in the first half of this year, is expected to slow from 3.4 per cent this year to 2.9 per cent in 2007, the IMF said. In April, it had projected U.S. growth next year would reach 3.3 per cent.
"The concern remains that a sharp adjustment in the housing sector would generate strong headwinds for the U.S. economy," it said.
IMF pegs China's economic growth at 10%
Citing strong growth in China, the IMF raised its global growth forecast a quarter of a percentage point to 5.1 per cent this year and 4.9 per cent in 2007. But it warned that inflationary pressures, high oil prices and a possible abrupt slowdown in the U.S. could undermine global growth.
"The balance of risks to the global outlook is slanted to the downside," said the report, released in Singapore, where the IMF and World Bank will be holding their annual meetings next week.
The Washington-based fund also suggested that further U.S. interest rate hikes might be necessary.
The U.S. Federal Reserve "faces a difficult situation of rising inflation in a slowing economy, but given the importance of keeping inflation expectations in check, some further policy tightening may still be needed," it said.
In August, the Fed decided to keep its key short-term lending rate at 5.25 per cent after 17 straight hikes back to June 2004.
The IMF said "there will be a premium on the Federal Reserve clearly communicating its policy intentions" and suggested that it state more explicitly its medium-term inflation targets.
It also said the U.S. could help reduce global imbalances by setting a more ambitious deficit reduction path and put the budget in a stronger position to respond to future economic downturns.
Japan, the world's second-largest economy, will likely grow 2.7 per cent this year on the back of solid domestic demand, but should ease next year to 2.1 per cent, the IMF said.
It also said Japan should be careful to raise interest rates gradually to avoid a "costly" re-emergence of deflation, or falling prices.
In the euro area, stronger corporate balance sheets have helped bring about increased investment, rising employment and a more balanced expansion to the 12 countries that use the common currency, the report said.
Growth would rise to 2.4 per cent in 2006 before moderating to two per cent in 2007 largely due to scheduled tax increases in Germany, the report said.
China's sizzling economy will probably steam ahead with 10 per cent growth this year and next, propelled by surging exports, but the region could be hurt if China's investment boom sours, it warned.
The IMF also urged Beijing to raise the value of its currency, the yuan, saying that would help to cut its huge global trade gap � on pace this year to surpass last year's $102 billion US � and bolster households' purchasing power.
Growth in India, emerging as Asia's other major engine, would moderate to a still robust 8.3 per cent this year and 7.3 per cent next year.
Latin American economies would continue to lag behind other emerging economies, although growth prospects have increased in the region, with expansion expected at 4.75 per cent this year and 4.25 per cent in 2007.
Inflation in advanced economies was likely to increase modestly to 2.6 per cent in 2006 but start to decline next year as the upward impetus from oil price increases eases. Emerging markets would probably also be able to contain inflation pressures, it said.
The IMF was established in 1945 to help promote the health of the world economy. It works to foster economic and financial stability, prevent crises and can aid countries in trouble.

Canada's economy is poised to grow by 3.0 per cent next year, giving it the fastest growth among the G7 countries, the International Monetary Fund said Thursday in its semi-annual World Economic Outlook.

For IRS purposes, 180 days or more on a valid non immig. worker status and you are a legal resident.....
legal resident is incorrect term for tax purposes. IRS treats you as a resident for tax purposes. LEGAL/ILLEGAL terms are borrowed from the immigration law realm and I believe that it was the intent of the contest rules. I also agree with the point, that TRU were just following the rules and they should not have changed their stance on the matter.

Folks,
I need to invoke AC21 at the earliest. I have applied my 485 and I-140 concurrently on Aug 17th. It has just been over 183 days. My 140 is still pending. Due to some reasons, I have to leave my current employer immodestly.
I know there has been lot of threads discussing about risks involved with using AC21 without approved 140. But I do not have an option at this point. My PD date is Nov-2004 and the way I-140 's are being processed, it is going take at least couple more months before I can expect my 140 approval.
I have the following questions:
1) I read in Aytes memo, that if it is over 180 days, they would check for evidence that the case is approval or would have been approval had it been adjudicated within 180 days. Now, if the USCIS sends an RFE for 140 after 180 days, would it still go to my old firm's attorney? If yes, then how would we handle this scenarrio...
I work for a Big 5 Consulting firm and ability to pay should not be an issue. As far as my education is concerned, I have Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering from India and a MS in the same field in US...My experience matches the labor cert. requirements. What are the chance that I might get an RFE? I filed my application at TSC
2) Also, if the 140 is approved, it would go to my old company's attorney..right? How would I get a copy of the same.
3) If I invoke AC21 using my EAD and in the worst case scenario, if my 140 and 485 is rejected, can I then transfer my H1B to an other company (I still have some years left) or will that be a problem because I was not on H-1b at that time?
Would it be treated as a new application where in I have to try to get into the quota or it would just be a normal H-1b transfer...
Also, I'm looking for a good attorney to help me invoke AC21...Please advise!

Context is very important here. IRS has its own rules, USCIS has got its own and then universities have their own set of rules. I have had a lot of fight with university to get in-state tution fee on H-4 visa. So please explain your context and I can shed some more light on this topic (based on my own experience).
