Thanks for the post. I did a search and I got some results. Looking at the results and the name of the site I felt there is a typo in the name.
It should have been stalejobs.com instead of scalejobs.com. If you are remotely associated with the site here is my disclaimer:

"I would like to hear your professional opinion on the following issue: I have been on F-1 visa for 7 consecutive years. I have an employer that has sponsored me as a Graphic Designer. In fact I have obtained the I-140 through him already. I recently applied for employment AOS (July 25th) with my wife (She is on F2 visa) and I'm currently waiting on the Notice Receipt. School starts on August 20th and I'm hesitant on when exactly the new Immigrant Status starts. Do I still need to enroll for classes in order to maintain my visa? I don't intend to finish school due to financial difficulties, when exactly may I drop out from school? Should I remain enrolled up until I receive the EAD and AP? Thanks in advance for your response."

I am currently working on F1-OPT with company A. Company A filed for my
H1B visa and it got approved, which is yet to start from Oct 2010. But now I
got an offer from Company B. I have to get my H1 transferred to company B.
I have informed my current employer(Company A) about this transfer.
But actually they(company A) are planning to withdraw my H1B visa petition
from USCIS as I will not be working with them from Oct 2010.
I would like to know if this will affect my visa transfer.
Can someone please let me know how it works and suggest me what should I do
to get my transfer done?

You can transfer your H1B before Oct. There is an option in the H1 application for that. I don't remember the exact wording, but one of my friend did this last year and it was approved.

I am travelling to India and I have got AP. I also have an I-94 when I arrived last time to US. This is expired and I also have a I-94 with my last H1b (expires in June 2010). Now, I am working on EAD.
My question is which I-94 I need to return to the Airlines while boarding the flight?
Also, I am starting my flight from Cincinnati to Washington. From Washington I have a connection to Dubai and then to Chennai. Where should I submit my I-94?

SDI is disability insurance you are mandated to insure during this kind of situations.
My wife is working on EAD. When we had baby (she had C-Section), she applied for SDI and she was paid. She asked her HR. HR mentioned SDI is nothing to do with immigration. Due to the company policy, We were forced to apply.
I know one of my friend who was benifitted with SDI and FMLA while he was on H1.

I am happy to read this. My observation is that Indian-American US citizens generally don't care about the Indians who are going through the process of immigration. In November 2005 when some one approached IAFPE with retorgression problem, their NC chapter conducted a seminar in Raleigh and some 100+ members did sign a petition. But they handed over petition to Bobby Jindal and it looks like from what is reported elsewhere on this site, he belongs to anti immigrant camp. But except this seminar even this organization did not take more interest in this issue. But I hope India Community Center has shown way and more Indian-American as well as Chinese associations would come forward to support the issue. Can some one approach Asia Society in DC who last week organised a speech by President Bush?
