Amor, yo aun no te conozco, yo no sé como es tu rostro tampoco no se como son tus manos. Ignoro el color de tus ojos, el sabor de tus labios, el timbre de tu voz, pero algo si se, sé que brillas mas que la luz y en la noche mas oscura serás una antorcha y serás mi único calor.

Yo aun no te conozco pero te amo con hambre y con sed, no por que quiera devorarte sino por que mi alma grita tu nombre que aun no sabe cual es.

¿Cómo es que pueda amarte tanto si ni siquiera he visto tus huellas en el camino? He caminado al norte y el sur, en el este y el oeste ni siquiera te he visto aún a lo lejos llegar.

No Sabes, ¿por qué te amo?
Por que me siento vacío y ese vacío tiene que llenarse.

Y ayer yo me encontraba en un campo de flores y es por que te estaba buscando pero nadie podía decirme donde estabas. Y el día pasó y llegó la noche. Y por la mañana muy temprano comencé a escuchar como voces de alegría, suspiros, el aire se lleno de encanto, era tan temprano que había penumbra pero pude ver como una flor se abría y entonces le pregunté:
- ¿Terminaste de abrir tus pétalos?

Y la flor me dijo:
- Aún no he visto la luz, más presiento que viene pronto y es que pronto viene el amor. Y el amor me dará la felicidad y me librara de la oscuridad y de la soledad.

Y pronto yo me encontraba en un campo de flores, con sus pétalos abiertos, estaban radiantes de luz y calor. Entonces comprendí que al amor hay que amarle aun antes de conocerlo. Y ahora se también que en mi corazón vive una flor que su capullo quiere abrir, quiere extender sus pétalos para que la luz del amor le ilumine con plenitud para amar al amor, por que desde dentro de mi ser ,aquella flor ha abierto sus pétalos.

UNA ESTRELLA BAJO DEL CIELO

Hace algún tiempo mi cielo estaba oscuro, no había una sola estrella, y aunque fuera de día, ese día era sombrío. Y tú me mirabas y te reías, pero tu risa no era de alegría sino de soberbia y altivez. Y yo como un árbol caído, era presa de tus hachazos, fui la leña de tu soberbia, y el fuego de tu indiferencia me quemaba hasta no poder soportar más.

Pero yo creí que el amor tenía que darlo todo, pero aun lo creo así, pero tu distante, no te lo merecías. Los días pasaban, y yo casi me acostumbraba a ser un habitante de la oscuridad, hasta que un día levante mis ojos y vi una estrella. No lo podía creer. Y aquella estrella bajo del cielo y se hizo mujer, y mirándome a los ojos me dijo:
- Deja atrás el pasado, yo soy ahora tu presente, tu futuro, la eternidad. El viejo amor ha muerto, el nuevo ha comenzado, ya por siempre, por siempre así será.

The Goa Cycle Club's Critical Mass Goa 1 held on 31-10-2009

The Goa Cycle Club's Critical Mass Goa-1 was held on 31-10-2009.

One more cycle, one less car on the road is the aim of the Goa Cycle Club. Reduce pollution, decongest roads and contribute towards saving the environment from the effects of global warming are the other goals.

The Goa Cycle Club in association with the Heritage Jazz is organising ‘Critical Mass Goa One’ a ride through Panaji city.

The Cycling enthusiast from all age groups took part in the event.
There were above 70 participants.

After brief instructions on the route given to the riders, the ride commenced at 5.00 pm at the Bandodkar Samadhi, Miramar, turn in at St Inez, pass the heavy flow of traffic on 18 June Road and pedal past M G Road back to Miramar

It was also decided to make this a monthly event by which would be held on the last Saturday of every month.

I won't bore you with clichés about the relationship between risk and living a full life, but I stumbled across these old photos recently and thought they could express this relationship much better than words.

The first photo shows my son Noah, age four at the time, seemingly deep in thought as he contemplates the meaning of the large sign that he's standing next to in the forest. The sign reads: "WARNING This area contains hazards associated with water, rocks, and cliff faces. Serious injury or death possible."

The second photo shows my son Noah (and his dad), a short while later, precariously positioned inside a natural window high atop a steep rock face, our faces aglow with satisfaction and accomplishment.
