If notice of action for I-485 does not have a priority date written on it, can I still file WOM since I've had an interview 2 years ago without result? How did your wom filing go?

Countless mails have inundated the mail box of greatandhra.com admin with sharing of anguish by hundreds of readers for this blasphemous act of that breweries company. They stated that they have contacted that Lost Coast Brewery with a complaint and also forwarded the response mails from that company. All the forwarded mails have got the same �copy-paste� response from Lost Coast GM/Sales. Here is that:

Please note that I will act to evaluate this issue and meet directly with the owner group towards mitigating your concerns. It is good that many are fighting with that company to see the bottles removed from stalls immediately. The follow up on this incident requires continuous force and Hindu community should see that such blasphemy will not repeat again. And also ensure that those beer bottles are not in market with Lord Ganesh or any other divine picture of Hindu religion. Some suggested to make this news reach Sivasena, RSS and VHP as well. And we wish our readers do that as the voice of thousands will be louder than that of one.

Did you see Oct 9th as LUD on your case? We are trying to figure out if LUD is giving any indication towards when USCIS issues the approval.

One of the things I have heard explicitly from folks in India is: Come here first, then apply. They are typically unsure of folks who want to return until they actually do it. Leaving the US is not easy. From thought to action is difficult :-)
This topic may be a bit counterproductive to what we've set to achieve as IVians but I hope folks see this in a true light. I could have set the title 'Return to Homeland', in my case its Return to India, hence the title.
I have been here for the past 9 years and as days progressed, my heart is back home. I may be closer than I ever was to get a GC but it seems I am to a point where I really want to give a shot to R2I. Reasons are several and are probably alike to several of yours. Family, Support and the whole other 9 yards..
That said, finding jobs back home while you are here in US seem not the easiest. I have seen a few in Google/Microsoft but I suppose there are many more. I am looking to return to Hyderabad. The reason why I am posting this here to is to seek help. If you or your friends work for companies that are looking for experienced managers to R2I, I would appreciate if you could post it here or PM me.
I am looking to R2I early next year but if the right opportunity comes along, I cud do it sooner than that. Thanks.

I saw a thread somewhere that instructs how to call IO. This is my first call to any Immigration Office.
I had replied to RFE two weeks back and did not get any updates online.
That is why I called.
The officer told me my application is with the officer. I have no idea what that means. He asked me my receipt number and I gave him the WAC#.

I will be applying for Employment Based green card (EB 1) as I am a multinational Manger . Would also like to include my spouse in the process. He is currently entering the US in July on F1 Visa to enroll into full time masters for 2 years My employer can file for a green card anytime
I would like to understand the following 1) Can my spouse continue in F1 status and be eligible for internship and OPT until the green card is received 2) Is there any consequences to his present status (F1) because we are going to process his green card? 3) Can he obtain EAD/H1 after his education if the green card is still pending
We don't want to get into a situation where he has lost his privilages as a F1 student because he has applied for green card.Please advice

I have H1 approval I-797 with me (received in last year quota) and H4 approval (which was applied before applying H1). Now I have a family emergency back home. I have to travel asap. My current H4 stamp in the passport is expired. So I have to go for stamping, either it be using H1 or using H4. Since I am unemployed at present I can't use H1 for stamping. If I come back on H4, what will happen to my H1 status? Will it be still valid to accept an employment or becomes void.
Please share your thoughts...

You are in H-1 status now as you applied for COS from H4 to H-1. So I am not sure if going for H4 stamping is still an option for you. I will let others weighin on this one.
Do you have AP instead? You can always come back on AP, doing so will not invalidate your H-1

AP is a very important document for re-entry incase if you don't have backup such as valid H1B visa. Have read quite a few cases here of people who wait till the last day for applying the renewal and then crying when an emergency occurs and they don't have valid a AP. It is in our best interest to apply it 120 days before its expiration date.
We are planning to go to India in the last week of September. My current AP expires by Oct 10. Hence applying for a new one. How long are AP approvals taking now a days at TSC.
