With Alicia Keys dropping her Songs In A Minor Deluxe Edition 10-year anniversary album next week, one of the 4 new tracks she added to it just hit the net.

If the track sounds like it's from her early days, it is. Alicia decided to finally release this "Typewriter" song originally meant for her debut album, Songs In A Minor, and was recorded in 1997. And in it, she calks about letting her listeners in to her laboratory of music.
It's the raw, rough around the edges, soulful sound we all originally fell in love with. Check it.
